REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

If a product has accidentally been transferred to the wrong cfx.re account, we can, after verifying the purchase, assist in restoring ownership to the original account. This restoration is offered as a one-time service.

Purchase validation normally takes between 1–15 minutes. If your product has not been delivered within this time, please create a ticket in the #ticket channel on our Discord, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
